BELGIUM: Following an accident, they loot an e-cigarette shop instead of helping the victim.

There are certain miscellaneous facts which are cold in the back… On the night of Wednesday to Thursday, a vehicle is embedded in the window of an e-cigarette shop. Instead of helping the dying man, ill-intentioned people took advantage of the broken window to help themselves, rather than come to their aid.


AN ACCIDENT, A DEATH, THEFT IN AN E-CIGARETTE STORE!


During the night from Wednesday to Thursday in Gilly in Belgium, a serious accident occurred between two vehicles which collided at a crossroads. One of the vehicles unfortunately ended its race in the front of an e-cigarette store by breaking the window.

The driver, a man measuring 1 meters for 90 kilos was thrown from the cabin to fall heavily to the ground. While the injured man was dying on the roadway, ill-intentioned people took advantage of the broken window to help themselves, rather than come to his aid. Cédric Van Puyvelde, a Courcellois of 44 years, unfortunately died of his wounds in hospital, the other driver, him, fate with lighter wounds.

Descended on the spot, the local police of Charleroi established a perimeter of security and alerted the floor which designated an expert to determine the exact causes of this tragic accident.
