You may not know the web series " What's up France "Broadcast on Canal +, in this one, an English has a habit of making fun of the French and their uses. In the episode 5, Paul Taylor tackled the electronic cigarette and the new legislation put in place since the 1er October 2017.

Paul Taylor, a British comedian living in France since 2009 and originally from the original web-series, " What's Up France", Decided for the fifth episode of the season to mock the e-cigarette, and more specifically the new French laws concerning it.

"E-cigarettes are the Starbucks of the world of cigarettes"

In this humorous video, the British comedian tries to decipher this new legislation which he says is " clear as mud " or " useless". He took the opportunity to attack the electronic cigarette with punchlines such as " On a barometer from cool to not cool, the e-cigarettes are right up next to Justin Bieber. »

According to the decree entered into force on October 1er, it is now forbidden to "vapote" in an open space. In fact, all workplaces " closed and covered for collective use "Are concerned by the ban, such as warehouses, factories, schools or infrastructure" for the reception, training and accommodation of minors". Each person who does not respect this law is liable to a fine of 35 euros, if not 150 euros with late penalties.
