Indeed, it is eighteen months of suspended prison sentence and a fine of 15.000 euros that were recently required in Marseille for Sebastien Beguerie, 33 years, and Antonin Cohen, 31 years old, founders of the “Kanavape” brand.
The decision of the court will be presented in January 2018. In the event of conviction, this court decision could make jurisprudence and put an end to the commercialization of the CBD in France.
