The question may have crossed your mind like the Luxemburg MEP Martine Mergen (CSV): how are the illustrations on the packaging of tobacco products sold in European countries chosen? The subject is serious because these photos, deliberately shocking, now direct, directly, sick smokers.

These images are in fact imposed on States, including Luxembourg, by the European Commission, which has a database that can nevertheless be accessed by the Ministry of Health, explains the Minister Lydia Mutsch.
