SMOKING: Has the anti-smoking policy been so beneficial for 5 years?

According to Public Health France, the anti-smoking policy has made it possible to reduce the number of smokers by 4,5% in 5 years. Can we then say that the guideline chosen with the “Tobacco Free Month” is beneficial?

AN ANTI-TOBACCO B POLICYÉNÉFIQUE?

According to Public Health France, the anti-smoking policy has made it possible to reduce the number of smokers by 4,5 points in 5 years. The successive increases in the price of a packet of cigarettes would have got the better of some of the recalcitrant. Last month a new increase of 40 euro cents came to supplement an already exorbitant price of the package.

This year, the Tobacco Free Month rhymes with confinement. An already very frustrating and anxiety-provoking period that goes badly with additional constraints.
A large number of teleworkers even fear an increase in their consumption.
However, the number of participants in the operation continues to increase, 784 so far. Perhaps the period also rhymes with a desire to return to sources, to nature, to health.

We must not forget that the electronic cigarette plays its role in this fight. It is also considered by the Tabac Info Service site itself, as an effective aid in stopping or reducing tobacco consumption.

What if it's your turn to quit? A personal challenge to be taken up without delay! More information on the official website Tobacco Info Service or the dedicated number 39 89.
