UNUSUAL: The science fiction series "Upload" announces a future "cancer of vaping"

After the scandal around the series " Grey's Anatomy And its attacks on vaping, it is the turn of another series produced this time by Amazon to stand out. Indeed, the science fiction series " Upload "Proposed on Amazon Prime a few weeks ago anticipates the future by speaking of a" cancer of vaping ", an anecdote that could make people smile if it was not marred by a coating more than doubtful.

LESS HAZARDOUS THAN CIGARETTE BEFORE STUDIES PROVE IT

After the scandal " Grey's Anatomy“Another American series takes the risk of attacking vaping without really worrying about the consequences. Created by Greg Daniels and fully online on on the fact Amazon Prime Video, series " Upload Mix science fiction and anticipation in a world where humans are able to "upload" in a virtual life after death.

"He believed it was less harmful than cigarettes until the studies were published" - Season 1 - Episode 2

Original and inventive in certain respects, we can only make a statement on certain scenes proposed. Indeed, anticipation can in no way excuse false allegations! In the first episode we see the character's father Nora antony interpreted by Andy Allo coughing heavily and we understand that he is seriously ill. This is a sequence from the second episode " five stars "Which teaches us the sad fate of the unfortunate: A" vaping cancer" page (in French).

So far nothing very surprising! Yet this is the turn that would make any defender of vaping jump. Indeed, the character Nora Antony declares to her boss: " Cancer of vaping, he believed it was less harmful than cigarettes until studies were published". Science fiction or not, it seems that the series of Greg Daniels makes in a few seconds flee thousands of smokers who could have gone to the e-cigarette, a risk reduction tool yet recognized!

And it's important to say it over and over again: No vaping does not cause cancer and yes there are hundreds of studies on the subject already!
