UNITED STATES: TEXAS JOINS STATES CLUB THAT LIMITS E-CIGARETTE SALE TO 21 YEARS!


Texas will become the 15th state to raise the minimum age for purchasing all tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, from 18 to 21.
