BELGIUM: CAN I USE ITS E-CIGARET IN THE OFFICE?


Just like other smoking products, e-cigarettes are banned in your workplace. If we look further, and we refer to the legislation, nothing is planned with respect to the electronic cigarette we are talking only about the ban on smoking tobacco. Smoking is prohibited in any workplace, regardless of whether this place is located within or outside the company, in an open or closed space. (See article)
